hi all..

 Today I wanna tell you some 10 interesting facts about bitcoin (Crypto-currency)

 1. There are around 1384  crypto-currencies available over internet and this number is growing day by day.Because it can be created by using complex logarithams at any time.

2. currently Bitcoin is  the largest block chain network crypto-currency available over internet.

3. Bitcoin was invented by unknown person with user name Sathoshi nakamoto claimed to be a man living in japan.

 4. Bitcoin currency code is BTC/XBT

 5. Bitcoin symbol can be written as Capital Alphabet "B" with two falling strokes at top and bottom

                                                
6.Bitcoin was implemented with C++ Programming language

7. There is a speculation  that Samsung, Toshiba, Nakamichi, and Motorola together created Bitcoin.

8. Creation of bitcoin by solving complex calculations in logarithm is called mining.Here the person who mines that bitcoin is called Miner.

9. Only 21 millions of bitcoins can be mined thought world..so far more than 16 millions have been mined.

10. Its value in the year 2009 was just 1$,but now its value gone to 9800$(March 12,4;17PM IST Delhi)

#ASSAY OF FUROSEMIDE

Aim: To report the amount of Furosemide present in the given tablet/powder/solution . Materials : Burettes, pipettes, beakers, glass rod, funnel etc Chemicals : Procedure :1 Sodium hydroxide, PHP, chloroform, furosemide drug, DMF, Phenolphthalein indicator Procedure: 2 Potasium Bromate,Potasium bromide,HCl,Methyl orange Principle:              It is assayed by alkalimetry. The sample is dissolved in Dimethyl formamide and titrated against standardized solution of sodium hydroxide using bromothymol blue solution as an indicator.                   Procedure: Standardization of 0.1M Sodium Hydroxide Weigh accurately 0.2gm of Potassium hydrogen phthalate (C 8 H 5 KO 4 ) in to a conical flask. Dissolve it in 10ml of distilled water and add 2 drops of phenolphthalein indicator. Titrate this solution with prepared 0.1M NaOH solution until a permanent pale pink colour was produced.               Each ml of 0.1M NaOH ≡ 0.02042 gm of C 8 H 5 KO 4 .

#PREPARATION OF 4-BENZYLIDENE-2-PHENYL OXAZOLE-5-ONE#

Aim: To prepare and submit the pure product of 4-Benzylidine-2-Phenyl oxazole-5-one Apparatus: Round bottomed flask, Condenser, Water bath, Beaker, Funnel, Glass rod Chemicals: Benzaldehyde, Benzyl glycine, Sodium hydroxide, Acetic acid, Ethanol . Principle: Principle involved in the preparation of 4-Benzylidine-2-Phenyl oxazole-5-one is dehydration followed by cyclization method. The active methylene group react with aromatic aldehydes, Benzyl glycine reacts with benzaldehyde followed by dehydration gives 4-Benzylidine-2-Phenyl oxazole-5-one. Mechanism: Procedure: Take 3.25ml of   Benzaldehyde 5.5g of Benzyl glycine 19.5g NaOH, 2.5ml of Acetic acid in 100ml round bottom flask.
